Text
In addition to any applicable requirements under ORS 284.368, a company seeking reimbursement under ORS 284.368 must:
(1)Have a written diversity, equity and inclusion policy as of the date on which the company submits an application for reimbursement;
(2)In accordance with the written policy described in subsection (1) of this section, actively engage in good faith efforts to hire or contract with individuals from underrepresented groups for the production for which the reimbursement is sought;
(3)Report diversity statistics related to the production to the Oregon Film and Video Office after completion of the production; and
(4)Establish a process for addressing claims of harassment, discrimination and other misconduct related to the production.
