(1)In addition to the other purposes for which the Oregon Department of Administrative Services Operating Fund created by ORS 283.076 may be used, the Oregon Department of Administrative Services Operating Fund is appropriated continuously for and may be used for the acquisition, operation, storage, maintenance, repair and replacement of motor vehicles under the control of the Oregon Department of Administrative Services, the payment of insurance premiums as provided in ORS 278.205 and payment of the administrative expenses of the department in connection with the operation of the motor pool and a proportionate amount of the administrative costs in connection with the operation of the Oregon Department of Administrative Services Operating Fund.
