Text
Any person who wishes to appeal disqualification shall, within three business days after receipt of notice of disqualification, notify the contracting agency that the person appeals the disqualification. Immediately upon receipt of the notice of appeal:
(1)A state contracting agency shall notify the Director of the Oregon Department of Administrative Services.
(2)All contracting agencies other than state contracting agencies shall notify the appropriate local contract review board.
