Text
(1)In addition to the other purposes for which the Oregon Department of Administrative Services Operating Fund established under ORS 283.076 may be used, the fund hereby is appropriated continuously for and may be used for the purposes of this section and ORS 279A.260. All claims approved by the Oregon Department of Administrative Services for the purposes of this section and ORS 279A.260 shall be paid as provided in ORS 293.295 to 293.462. The department shall draw warrants on the State Treasurer for the payment thereof payable out of the fund. All moneys received under ORS 279A.260 shall be paid by the department to the State Treasurer for credit to the fund.
