Text

All actions and proceedings shall be brought in the name of the state, and the pleadings shall be signed by the Director of the Oregon Department of Administrative Services. All conveyances of lands, or water and water rights, franchises and privileges, shall be made directly to the state, and all leases and contracts shall be made by the Oregon Department of Administrative Services in the name of and for the use and benefit of the state.
