Text

(1)The Executive Residence Account is established separate and distinct from the General Fund. Interest earned on moneys in the account shall be credited to the account. Moneys in the account are continuously appropriated to the Oregon Department of Administrative Services for the purpose of acquiring or constructing, remodeling, decorating, landscaping, furnishing, equipping and maintaining a state executive residence.
(2)The department, on behalf of the State of Oregon, may accept gifts, grants or donations from public or private sources, including gifts of real or personal property, for the purpose specified in subsection (1) of this section. The department shall deposit moneys received under this section in the account established in subsection (1) of this section.
