(1)In carrying out the duties of the Director of the Oregon Department of Administrative Services under ORS 276.095, the director shall consult with the Capitol Planning Commission, the designated State Historic Preservation Officer, the State Parks and Recreation Department, the Oregon Historical Society, the Arts Program of the Oregon Business Development Department, local landmark commissions and historic societies and the chief executive officers of those units of local government in each area served by existing or proposed state offices and shall solicit the comments of other community leaders and members of the general public that the director considers appropriate.
