Text

All assignments of certificates of sale shall be executed and acknowledged in the same manner as a deed to real estate. The assignee, upon full payment of the amount due on the purchase price, and delivery to the Department of State Lands of such certificate and assignment, shall receive a deed for the land described in such certificate, in the name of the assignee.
