Text
Notwithstanding ORS 192.311 to 192.478 relating to public records, materials filed by a political party, assembly of electors or candidate for inclusion in a voters’ pamphlet and arguments supporting or opposing a measure filed by any person for inclusion in a voters’ pamphlet are exempt from public inspection until the fourth business day after the final date for filing the materials.
