Text
Any person may distribute a registration card in any reasonable manner that facilitates elector registration, including but not limited to distribution of the card door to door. The card shall be available at any field office of the Department of Transportation where applications for driver licenses or vehicle registrations are accepted and at any office of an agency designated a voter registration agency under ORS 247.208.
