Text

The Public Safety Memorial Fund is established in the State Treasury, separate and distinct from the General Fund. Interest earned, if any, shall inure to the benefit of the Public Safety Memorial Fund. All moneys deposited in the fund are continuously appropriated to the Department of Public Safety Standards and Training for the purposes of ORS 243.954 to 243.974, to be expended by the Public Safety Memorial Fund Board, established by ORS 243.952, as provided in ORS 243.954 to 243.974. However, the board may not expend more than $60,000 per biennium of the moneys for administrative costs of the board incurred under ORS 243.954 to 243.974.
