Text

All officers and employees of the state and of municipalities and political subdivisions of the state shall allow the Personnel Division or Employment Relations Board the reasonable use of public buildings under their control, and furnish heat, light, and furniture, for any examination, hearing or investigation authorized by this chapter or ORS 243.005 to 243.215, 243.305, 243.315 and 243.401 to 243.945. The division or board shall pay to a municipality or political subdivision the reasonable cost of any such facilities furnished by it.
