At least 30 days before crediting any interest or other income received through investment of moneys to any fund or account, the Public Employees Retirement Board shall submit a preliminary proposal for crediting to the appropriate legislative review agency, as defined in ORS 291.371, for its review and comment. The proposal shall identify gross earnings, investment expenses and administrative expenses, by fund or account, related to the crediting of the interest or other income.
