Text
Upon the adoption by the governing body of a municipal corporation of an ordinance or resolution, as provided by ORS 226.540 and 226.550, such governing body shall have the authority, by an action filed in the circuit court of the State of Oregon for the county in which such municipal corporation is located to condemn any cemetery subject to condemnation by the provisions of ORS 226.510 to 226.640.
