Text
Within the first 10 days of the month following the month in which collected, all fees collected by a county clerk for recording and making entry of any instrument in the County Clerk Lien Record shall be paid to the county treasurer for deposit in a separate account in the county general fund. Moneys in such account shall be credited to the county clerk and used exclusively by the county clerk for payment of expenses incurred in maintaining the County Clerk Lien Record.
