§ 2.150 — Publication and distribution of court decisions and other official documents

Text

(1)The Supreme Court shall arrange for the publication and distribution of physical copies of reports of decisions of the Supreme Court, the Court of Appeals and the Oregon Tax Court determined to be of general public interest under ORS 305.450 and press summaries, rules and other official judicial department publications. The physical copies of reports or advance sheets shall contain additional material as the Supreme Court may direct.
(2)The physical copies of reports or advance sheets or both may be printed and bound, as the Supreme Court shall determine, by:
(a)The Oregon Department of Administrative Services in the same manner as other state printing; or
(b)A private printer pursuant to a contract entered into by the Supreme Court with the printer and not subject to ORS 282.020. (
