Text
Notwithstanding the provisions of ORS 197.251 (2)(a), a person may not submit written comments and objections to the acknowledgment request of any city or county that submits its plan or regulations to the Land Conservation and Development Commission for acknowledgment for the first time after August 9, 1983, unless the person participated either orally or in writing in the local government proceedings leading to the adoption of the plan and regulations.
