Text
(1)There is established in the General Fund in the State Treasury the Land Conservation and Development Account. Moneys in the account are continuously appropriated for the purpose of carrying out ORS chapters 195, 196, 197 and 197A.
(2)All fees, moneys and other revenue received by the Department of Land Conservation and Development shall be deposited in the Land Conservation and Development Account.
