Text
(1)The Compensation and Conservation Fund is established in the State Treasury, separate and distinct from the General Fund. Interest earned on moneys in the Compensation and Conservation Fund shall be credited to the fund. The fund consists of moneys received by the Department of Land Conservation and Development under ORS 195.305 to 195.336 and sections 5 to 11, chapter 424, Oregon Laws 2007, sections 2 to 9, 17 and 18, chapter 855, Oregon Laws 2009, and sections 2 to 7, chapter 8, Oregon Laws 2010, and other moneys available to the department for the purpose described in subsection (2) of this section.
(2)Moneys in the fund are continuously appropriated to the department for the purpose of paying expenses incurred to review claims under ORS 195.305 to 195.336 and sections 5 to 11, cha
