Text
The State Chief Information Officer and the Oregon Department of Administrative Services may adopt rules to implement the provisions of ORS 276A.203 (4)(a)(O), as amended by section 1, chapter 48, Oregon Laws 2016, and ORS 192.180, including but not limited to rules establishing procedures for compiling public records that are stored in electronic form.
