Text

The Oregon Disabilities Commission shall meet at a place, date and hour determined by the commission. The commission shall meet at other times and places specified by the call of the chairperson or a majority of the members of the commission. A majority of the members of the commission constitutes a quorum for the transaction of business. The chairperson shall exercise powers necessary for the performance of the functions of the office of the chairperson as determined by the commission.
