Text
Subject to the availability of funds, the Board on Public Safety Standards and Training shall ensure that all police officers and certified reserve officers are trained to investigate and report cases of missing children and adults. When federal training programs are made available to the state at no cost to the state, the board shall offer the training to police officers and certified reserve officers.
