Text
(1)The Department of Public Safety Standards and Training shall develop, and the Board on Public Safety Standards and Training shall establish by rule, a statewide equity training program for police officers.
(2)The department shall include the equity training described in subsection (1) of this section in the minimum training required to obtain and maintain basic certification as a police officer under ORS 181A.490.
