Text

(1)The Oregon Department of Administrative Services is hereby authorized to draw a warrant in the amount of $50,000 payable to the Department of Justice from the Department of Justice Operating Account which shall then be deposited by the Department of Justice in the State Treasury in an account to be known as the Department of Justice Current Expense Account. Disbursements made from this account shall require the approval of the disbursing officer of the Department of Justice who shall be designated by the Attorney General.
(2)The Oregon Department of Administrative Services is hereby authorized to draw a warrant in the amount of $1,000 payable to the Department of Justice Operating Account which shall then be deposited by the Department of Justice in the State Treasury in an account kn
