Text

The superintendent or state agencies are authorized to receive any of the funds referred to in ORS 179.510 to 179.530. The State Treasurer shall carry such funds in separate accounts for such institutions, or in a single account for all institutions operated by a single state agency, but shall not credit such funds or any part thereof to any state fund for governmental purposes.
