Text

(1)The Department of Corrections and the Oregon Health Authority shall ensure that adequate chaplaincy services, including but not limited to Protestant and Roman Catholic, are available at their respective institutions.
(2)Chaplains serving the various institutions shall, with respect to the adults in custody or patients at such institutions:
(a)Provide for and attend to their spiritual needs.
(b)Visit them for the purpose of giving religious and moral instruction.
(c)Participate in the rehabilitation programs affecting them.
