Text
Subject to the approval of the Legislative Administration Committee, the Legislative Administrator may cause to be sold, leased or otherwise made available data processing programs, information or materials developed by committee staff to any agency or legislative body of any state or the federal government under such terms and conditions as may be agreed to by the committee and the agencies. Moneys collected under this section shall be credited to the General Fund and are available for general governmental purposes.
