(1)In addition to such penalties as otherwise may be provided by law, a person is subject to such sanctions as either house of the Legislative Assembly may prescribe if the person:
(2)The sanctions referred to in subsection (1) of this section shall be uniformly applied to all persons subject to ORS 171.725 to 171.785 and 171.992.
