Once each biennium, the Department of Corrections, the State Board of Parole and Post-Prison Supervision and local supervisory authorities shall determine the number of offenders expected to be classified as sexually violent dangerous offenders during the following biennium. The department shall use the number in calculating the budget for the community corrections division of the department for the following biennium.
