Text
The Oregon Criminal Justice Commission Account is established separate and distinct from the General Fund. All moneys received by the Oregon Criminal Justice Commission, other than appropriations from the General Fund, and except those moneys described in ORS 131A.460, shall be deposited into the account and are continuously appropriated to the commission to carry out the duties, functions and powers of the commission.
