Text
Not later than 30 days after the execution of a sentence of death under ORS 137.473, the superintendent of the correctional institution where the sentence was executed shall return the death warrant to the clerk of the trial court from which the warrant was issued with the superintendent’s return on the death warrant showing the time, place and manner in which the death warrant was executed.
