Text
A judgment of commitment to the custody of the Department of Corrections need only specify the duration of confinement as provided in ORS 137.120. Thereafter the manner of the confinement and the treatment and employment of a person shall be regulated and governed by whatever law is then in force prescribing the discipline, treatment and employment of persons committed.
