Text
No person, other than volunteers or employees under the direction and control of a nonprofit beneficiary, shall represent that any part of the contributions received will be given or donated to any named nonprofit beneficiary unless such organization has consented in writing to the use of its name, prior to the solicitation. The written consent shall be signed by an officer, director or trustee of the organization.
