Text
A person who has personal knowledge that an employee or former employee of the person was found by the Department of Human Services, a law enforcement agency or a court to have committed abuse under ORS 124.005 to 124.040, 124.050 to 124.095 or 124.100 to 124.140, is immune from civil liability for the disclosure to a prospective employer of the employee or former employee of known facts concerning the abuse.
