Text
(1)The court shall issue letters testamentary or letters of administration to the personal representative appointed by the court upon the filing with the clerk of the court the bond, if any, required by the court.
(2)The letters testamentary or letters of administration must reflect any conditions or limitations imposed by the court on the fiduciary.
(3)Letters testamentary may be in the following form:
