Text
When the proceeds of sales of any shares or parcel belonging to known persons who are parties to the suit are paid into court, the suit may be continued as between such parties for the determination by the court of their respective claims thereto. Further testimony may be taken in court, or by a referee, at the discretion of the court, and the court may, if necessary, require the parties to present the facts or law in controversy by pleadings as in an original suit.
