The chief administrative officer of the Multiple Injury Trust Fund shall be the MITF Director, who shall have supervision over the administration and protection of the Multiple Injury Trust Fund and shall be notified by the Administrator of the Workers' Compensation Court of all proceedings which may affect such fund.

The State Treasurer shall allocate sufficient funds out of the Multiple Injury Trust Fund for administration expenses thereof in amounts to be fixed and approved by the MITF Director, unless rejected by the Governor and Attorney General. E. The MITF Director shall make reports regarding financial and claims data to the Governor, Workers' Compensation Court, and the Insurance Commissioner, upon request.
