Text

Fine. No director, officer, agent, or employee of the district shall be directly or indirectly interested in any contract for the purchase of any property or construction of any work by or for the district, and if any such person shall be or become so interested in any such contract, he shall be guilty of a Class C2 felony offense and, on conviction thereof, shall be subject to a fine in an amount not exceeding Ten Thousand Dollars ($10,000.00), or to confinement as provided for in subsections B through F of Section 20M of Title 21 of the Oklahoma Statutes, or both.
