Text

Upon the filing of the report of the appraisers, the clerk of the court shall give notice thereof, as provided in this act, in each county wherein appraisals of lands reflect benefits thereto. Said notice shall be in the name of the state, directed by name to every person returned by the appraisers as the owner of any lot or parcel of lands affected by the proposed improvement, or of any interest therein, and also generally to all other persons, without mentioning their names, who may own such land or any part thereof or may interest therein notifying them of the filing of the report of the appraisers and that on the day fixed in the notice the court will hear said report and any objections that may be filed thereto and any evidence that may be adduced concerning the same, and requiring th
