§ 82-564 — Secretary and other employees or staff.

The secretary shall be the custodian of the records of the district and of its corporate seal and shall assist the board in particulars as it may direct in the performance of its duties. It shall be the duty of the secretary to attest, under the corporate seal of the district, all certified copies of the official records and files of the district that may be required of the secretary by the provisions of this act, or by any person ordering the same and paying the reasonable cost of transcription and any portion of the record so certified and attested shall be prima facie evidence of the facts contained in the record.
