§ 8-3.1 — Definitions.

As used in Sections 1 through 37 of Title 8 of the Oklahoma Statutes: 1. “Lot” means a tract of land or space used to inter one deceased individual; and 2. “Plot” means a tract of land made up of more than one burial lot.
