§ 76-25 — Professional review body, staff and personnel - Limitation
Oklahoma·Title 76 Torts
of liability. A professional review body, members and staff of such professional review body and persons who contract with such professional review body shall not be liable in any way in damages under any law of this state with respect to a professional review action taken in good faith by such professional review body.
