request - Blank forms. It shall be the duty of the Attorney General after each session of the Legislature, upon request of the State Auditor and Inspector, or a member of the Legislature, officially to construe any act enacted by said session of the Legislature affecting the authority and duties of officers and departments of the state, the several counties, cities and towns, or school districts; and, when requested by the State Auditor and Inspector, the Attorney General shall assist the State Auditor and Inspector in the preparation of blank forms required for the administration of said acts and instructions for the administration and enforcement thereof.
