A.There is hereby created, until December 1, 2022, the Unified State Law Enforcement Commission. The Commission shall be composed of the following eight (8) members: 1. The Commissioner of the Department of Public Safety or designee; 2. The Director of the Oklahoma State Bureau of Investigation or designee; 3. The Director of the Oklahoma Bureau of Narcotics and Dangerous Drugs Control or designee; 4. The Cabinet Secretary of Public Safety or designee; 5. The Oklahoma Attorney General or designee; 6. One member selected by the Governor, who shall serve as the chair of the Commission; 7. One member designated by the President Pro Tempore of the State Senate who shall be a current member of the Senate; and 8.
