A.
1.There is hereby created in the State Treasury a revolving fund for the Oklahoma Arts Council to be designated the "Commissioning of Art in Public Places Revolving Fund". The fund shall be a continuing fund, not subject to fiscal year limitations, and shall consist of all monies received by the Council from the sources provided for in Section 9030.5 of this title.
2.The Council shall establish a separate subaccount for each project. Monies in these subaccounts may be used to match monies from other private and public sources for commissioning art in accordance with the Oklahoma Art in Public Places Act.
3.All monies accruing to the credit of the fund are hereby appropriated and may be budgeted and expended by the Oklahoma Arts Council for the commissioning of art and insurance for t
