Text

1."Administrator" means the Small Business Surety Bond Guaranty Program Administrator; 2. "Fund" means the Small Business Surety Bond Guaranty Fund; 3. "Indemnity fund" means a fund established through the Office of Management and Enterprise Services to underwrite the Small Business Surety Bond Guaranty Program; 4. "Principal" means a small business entity as defined pursuant to Section 3 of the Small Business Act, 16 U.S.C. Section 632; 5. "Program" means the Small Business Surety Bond Guaranty Program; and 6. "Surety" means a corporation granted authority by the Insurance Commissioner to write bonds or insurance in this state guaranteeing the performance of contracts.
