A.Effective July 1, 2003, state agencies shall allow product vendors that have an authorized payroll deduction for state employees pursuant to Section 7.10 of Title 62 of the Oklahoma Statutes reasonable access to state employees in order to provide information concerning their products. In cooperation with the individual state agencies, vendors shall be allowed, at a minimum, annual access to state employees for such purpose. This access shall only occur during scheduled breaks or during periods immediately before or after normal work hours and must not disrupt or interfere with the business of the agency.
