transfers – Moving costs for nonpunitive transfers. A state agency shall have sole and final authority to designate the place or places where its employees shall perform their duties except where the action was for disciplinary reasons. Such punitive transfers shall be subject to the Civil Service and Human Capital Modernization Act. For transfers not deemed punitive, a partial payment by the State of Oklahoma shall be paid to a certified carrier for the cost of moving any employee permanently transferred at the request of a state agency. A minimum cost shall be Two Thousand Five Hundred Dollars ($2,500.00) up to a maximum of twenty percent (20%) of the employee's current salary.
