§ 74-78c — State Fleet Management Fund.

A.There is hereby created a special fund to be designated the "State Fleet Management Fund". The fund may be appropriated for and used for the acquisition, leasing, operation, storage, maintenance, repair and replacement of motor vehicles under the control of the Fleet Management Division, the payment of insurance premiums, the payment of the administrative expenses of the Division in connection with the operation of the motor pool, expenses the Office of Management and Enterprise Services incurs to support Division operations, and for expenses associated with constructing, installing, acquiring, and operating alternative fueling infrastructure and acquiring alternative fuel vehicles for use by state agencies or for leasing and transferring to political subdivisions of the state as author
