§ 74-71 — Taking of rebates by officer of Office of Management and

Enterprise Services a felony. The taking or receiving by any officer of said Office of Management and Enterprise Services of any rebate, percentage of contract, money, or any other thing of value from any person, firm, or corporation offering, bidding for, or in the open market and seeking to make sales to said Office, shall be a Class C2 felony offense. Any officer of said Office convicted under this section shall be punished by a fine not to exceed Five Thousand Dollars ($5,000.00), and by imprisonment as provided for in subsections B through F of Section 20M of Title 21 of the Oklahoma Statutes. Such fine shall be in addition to other punishment provided by law and shall not be imposed in lieu of other punishment.
